The VoIP software, Skype is preparing for its debut on smartphones running Windows Mobile. On Android and IOS Telephony solution can be used already. Skype CEO Rick Osterloh, confirmed that work on the app make good progress, with a publication is expected soon. An official statement from Microsoft, however, is not available. Originally a Skype app for Windows Mobile was already scheduled for late 2011. Insiders expect a disclosure of the application at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, which takes place in February.
