As facebook users can't add friends beyond 5k and everyone is waiting for revision of this policy so that one can add more requests beyond this limit. so there is no option but you can follow thesestep to increase your friends.
You should create a fan page and keep inviting your friends to join it
you can create multiple accounts and distribute friends to all accounts . Be very careful massively inviting your 5k friends to newly created groups or fanpages.
